With a spectacular Venice Carnival party, the first luxury boutique of the Desizo Monni brand was opened in Sofia. The new store is located in the most fashionable and fast growing metropolitan shopping mall, Paradise Center, and is the first of the chain stores to open doors in Europe’s largest fashion capitals. Under the sounds of classical music from the era of old-time carnivals in Venice, performed by the talented Magdalena Petrovich (violoncello), Petra Atanasova (flute) and Ivan Staykov (violin), the guests strolled between couples dressed in carnival costumes and masks, and took photos with them for a keepsake. The party was welcomed by the Mayor of Pleven, Mr. Georg Spartanski, Mr. Ivaylo Moskovski, MPs, and celebrities, fans of haute couture and customers of the brand. Among the guests were also the Baron and Baroness Gendovich, lawyer Ayla Hasan, Prof. Lubomir Stoykov, Miss Bulgaria 2012 Yordana Dimitrova and her husband, Mitko Damov and many others.
Host and PR of the event was Lord Evgeni Minchev, and Orlin Pavlov, who took care of the mood of the guests, went on stage in a tuxedo of the Desizo Monni brand and sang some of the most exciting songs from his repertoire.
A special guest at the opening was the face of the brand Marian Kiurpanov, who, despite his busy schedule, flew from New York to honor the event and congratulate the owner Magdalen Dimitrov and his family.
Architect Claudio Pironi, who designed the luxury jewel, together with Mr. Dimitrov, opened the doors of the boutique to introduce impatient guests and familiarize them with the interior. Mr. Pironi works for brands such as Philipp Plein, Casadei, Italmoda and FourSeasons and has completed projects in major fashion capitals around the world.
Guests enjoyed two reviews featuring Desizo Monni’s collections for spring/summer 2017 and autumn/winter 2017/2018.
