DELIEVERY
The user/customer bears the full risk of damage/loss of the goods on delivery. As soon as the goods have been handed over to the courier, Desiso Monni Retail S.A. shall be released from the risk, which shall be transferred to the consumer/customer. "Desiso Monni Retail S.A. shall not be held liable for any delay in the event that the delay is caused by the courier or any other supplier.
Immediately after delivery, the goods should be carefully examined by the user/customer or his/her authorised person. Possible damage, knocks and other damages should be reported immediately to Desiso Monni Retail plc. In the event that any damage is found to have occurred during the transportation of the goods, Desiso Monni Retail S.A. shall not be liable for any damage to such goods. In cases where Desiso Monni Retail S.A. confirms the order and indicates a specific date and time for delivery, the statement shall be binding. In the event of an incorrect or erroneous address, contact person and/or telephone number being provided when placing the order, Desiso Monni Retail plc shall not be bound by any obligation to fulfil the order.
Upon delivery of the goods, the user/customer or a third party shall sign the accompanying documents. A third party is anyone who is not the application holder but accepts delivery of the goods and is at the address given by the customer. In the event of refusal to accept the goods, except as described below, the refusal shall be deemed unreasonable and the CUSTOMER shall be liable for the cost of delivery and return of the goods. In the event that the CUSTOMER is not found at the address indicated within the time limit for delivery or access and conditions for delivery of the goods are not provided within that time limit, Desiso Monni Retail S.A. shall be released from its obligation to deliver the goods ordered for purchase.
Speedy Courier undertakes the service of inspection and test of the goods before payment.
Where the goods delivered are clearly not in conformity with the goods requested for purchase by the customer and this can be ascertained by simple inspection, the customer may request that the goods delivered to him be replaced with goods conforming to his purchase request within 72 hours of receipt.
Orders are processed during the following working hours: from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. Orders placed after 17:00 Monday to Thursday are processed the following morning after 08:00. Orders placed after 17:00 on Friday are processed on Monday after 08:00.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
In the event that www.monni.bg is unable to deliver the goods ordered to its customer(s) for objective reasons beyond its control, the customer(s) will be charged the full price of the goods if the same has been paid in advance by the customer
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery shall be made by the courier company Speidi to the address indicated by the customer. The delivery time is 7 working days or according to the courier company's service schedule. The goods will be delivered with an invoice, which serves as a tax document, as well as a guarantee document, if applicable. The customer is invited to give their delivery address when confirming the order. If the desired goods are unavailable or unforeseen delivery-related circumstances have arisen in the meantime, representatives of www.monni.bg will inform the customer, in a timely manner, of the undue delay using the contact details provided. If the shipment is not received within the specified delivery period by the customer, and the customer has not been so notified by www.monni.bg, the customer should call the customer service phone number or e-mail address listed on the site.
DELIVERY, PACKAGING AND PAYMENT TERMS
Customers' purchases are sent suitably packaged by Econt courier and payment is made in accordance with the method chosen by the customer. www.monni.bg retains ownership of the goods until the full purchase price has been paid. Available delivery methods are presented to the customer on the www.monni.bg website during the order request process. Customers are not permitted to collect goods from our retail outlets.
PRICES AND TAXES
All prices quoted on the website are inclusive of VAT. In the event that, due to any error, the price of a product is quoted as zero or the amount in the return email is calculated incorrectly, www.monni.bg is not obliged to deliver that product to the customer at that price. The prices listed on the site include shipping costs. Transport within Repubclica Bulgaria is carried out by the courier company Speedy. Transport costs are the responsibility of "Desiso Monni Retail" AD for purchases over 100BGN.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASED GOODS
The Customer shall have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods without compensation and without giving any reason. After exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer shall return the goods received in their entirety, in the same form as delivered, with undamaged packaging, suitable for subsequent sale to other customers, together with all accompanying documentation. Provided that these requirements are met, Desiso Monni Retail S.A. undertakes to refund the amounts paid by the customer by bank transfer to the bank account provided by the customer at the e-mail address [email protected]. The costs of returning the delivered goods to the company are at the expense of the customer.
ADVERTISING
In the event of any non-conformity of the delivered goods with the order placed, the customer has the right to make a claim within 3 days of delivery.
The claim shall be submitted to the company. In order to be granted, the customer should enclose the goods, if possible in undamaged packaging, as well as the documents that accompanied the delivery - receipt, invoice and other documents establishing the non-conformity of the goods.
If the claim is justified, the customer may choose the way of satisfying the claim - by replacing the goods with new ones, corresponding to the concluded contract of sale, or repairing if replacement is impossible.
The customer shall not be entitled to claim a refund of the amount paid by him or a reduction of the price if Desiso Monni Retail SA agrees to the satisfaction of the complaint in either of the above two ways.
Refunds shall only be made if it is not possible to satisfy the claim in either of the ways set out in clause 6.3 of the contract.
